Author, Advocate and Protective Parent

Hera is an author, advocate, and thought leader in the area of Child Protection and Domestic Violence. She has worked on local legislation for Child Protection and Family Court Reform in the state of Maryland and has been published in The Washington Post, The New York Times, Seattle Times, and Huffington Post. She works as a PM Manager at Microsoft as her day job and is a Single Mother by Choice to two little girls. She is also a mother to Prince who was murdered by his father after a 15-month custody battle in the state of Maryland.
