Family Court Reform Advocate

Susan Carré is an advocate for ending the systemic abuse in family court, and the mother of two teenage daughters (17 & 19).

As a Pro Per/Se litigant and protective parent, Susan defeated cookie-cutter abuse defenses; threats of a vexatious litigant designation, being held in contempt of court for not forcing the children to return to their abusive father, suggestions of parent alienation, a 730 evaluation to deem her the unstable parent, a highly biased against judge and minor's counsel, attorney fees and sanctions motions against her for allegedly making "false accusations of abuse," and the list goes on.

In the end, Susan was awarded sole legal and physical custody of her daughters, and Father is now estranged.
